We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia!

But if you're in a rush to receive your new kicks, you can choose to pay a little extra for express shipping.

 

Standard Shipping

 

NSW - Metro areas: 1-2 business days / Country: up to 6 business days

 

All other states - Metro areas: 3-6 business days / Country: can vary (please contact us if you need your delivery by a certain date)

 

Express Shipping

 

Capital cities & major centres: 1-2 business days

 

All other areas: can vary, but will be faster than standard shipping (please contact us on hello@nosaints.co if you need your delivery by a certain date)

We're currently shipping to the following regions: Europe, Canada, United States & New Zealand. Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times can vary.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

You have 3 weeks from the day you receive your shoes to let us know if you'd like to exchange or return them. Please contact us on hello@nosaints.co or through the Contact section of the website.

 

We will gladly exchange or offer a refund if you need a different size or if you don't fall madly in love with your No Saints - which is highly unlikely. However the return shipping cost (from you to us) should be covered by you and we can only send you a replacement or refund once we receive the shoes in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

 

Please choose carefully - as much as we try to make the return process smooth, these things are always a bit of a pain. Our shoes are generally true to size. If in doubt between sizes, we recommend going a size up, as you can always add thicker insoles if needed.
