EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You have 3 weeks from the day you receive your shoes to let us know if you'd like to exchange or return them. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Contact section of the website.
We will gladly exchange or offer a refund if you need a different size or if you don't fall madly in love with your No Saints - which is highly unlikely. However the return shipping cost (from you to us) should be covered by you and we can only send you a replacement or refund once we receive the shoes in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
Please choose carefully - as much as we try to make the return process smooth, these things are always a bit of a pain. Our shoes are generally true to size. If in doubt between sizes, we recommend going a size up, as you can always add thicker insoles if needed.
